About the program

Ready to finish the year strong, Mumma? Thank you for joining my Farm Fit Mumma ab and core challenge. The farm fit core challenge is a 4 week program designed to strengthen your core inside and out, no gym required. This is designed to fit in with your current lifestyle, you can add it to the end of your workout, or you can do it at the end of your day in front of your favourite tv show. You will improve your posture, stability, and feel stronger for everyday life on and off the farm. I have kept it simple, short sessions, and habit stacking mindful tips that you can include into your daily habits, and accountability so you actually finish. Each session is designed for real life. Miss a day? Just pick up where you left off. The Farm Fit Core Challenge focuses consistency and quality, building long term strength you can truly feel in your core.     4 weeks to a strong, Sculpted core

    Your 4-Week Core Challenge is a focused, 28-day plan to build a strong, sculpted midline. You’ll complete 12 focused sessions: three core workouts per week, 20–30 minutes each, progressing in intensity. Expect smart, spine-safe training—anti-rotation and anti-extension work, planks, dead bugs, carries, lifts, and hip-stability drills—to strengthen abs, obliques, and lower back without endless crunches. Weekly Habit Stacker: - Week 1: Hydrate and hit a daily step target. - Week 2: 10,000 steps per day - Week 3: Mobility 15 min's a day - Week 4: 3 things you grateful for write them down before you go to sleep Pick any three training days (e.g., Mon/Wed/Fri) Commit for four weeks.     Do I need to purchase equipment?
    * You will need a positive attitude and dedication to the program :) * Equipment * Mat or soft floor * Dumbbells * Yoga ball * Ankle weights * This equipment would be great if you have it, but if not, no stress you can just use bodyweight. - Safety Note - Please stop any move that causes you pain, pressure or pelvic symptoms. Modify to an easier option and consult a professional if needed. I am always available if you have any questions also :)
